User Manual of Vacuum Drying Oven
LEAIDAL MEDICAL ENGLAND
I . Scope of application
It is suitable for drying and heating articles in vacuum conditions in the laboratories of
industrial and mining enterprises, colleges and universities and R&D institutions etc.
Make vacuum heating for articles in vacuum dry box. The vacuum dry box has
following advantages:@Could reduce the drying temperature, shorten the drying
time.QAvoid some articles heated oxide, dust particle damage and the heating air
kills the biological cells.
Il. Structure characteristics
The shape of vacuum dry box is horizontal type. The box body is make of
high-quality steel plate with pressing and welding processing. The surface of box
adopts plastic spraying treatment. Thermalprotective coating filled by alumina silica
wool. The box door is made od double toughened glass, whech could regulate the
open and close, degree of tightness of box door. The formed high-temperature
resistance silicon rubber sealing washer used between work room and glass door for
ensuring sealing between the box door and work room, which improved the vacuum
degree greatly. DZF type has square workroom..
II. Installation and debugging
1.Installation: Put the vacuum dry box at the place in the room with good air
conditions and without succession. There should no inflammable, explosive and
corrosive air in the surroundings od instrument.
2.Debugging
Close the box door and screw the handle. Close the return-air valve and open vacuum
valve, connect the airway at side of box body with vacuum pump by vacuum rubber
pipe, switch on the power of vacuum pump, begin to exhaust air. When the indicating
value of vacuum meter reaches to required value, close the vacuum valve and switch
of vacuum pump. At this time, it has vacuum condition in the box. It there is no
heating function, the debugging of vacuum dry oven is end.

V. Usage
1, Put the articles need to be dried in the box, close the box door and screw the handle,
close the return-air valve and open the vacuum valve, connect the airway at side of
box body with vacuum pump through vacuum rubber, switchon the power of vacuum
pump, it begins to exhaust air. When the indicating value of vacuum meter reaches to
the required vacuum degree, close the vacuum valve, and then close the vacuum
pump, at this time, it is in vacuum condition in the box.
2. Switch on the power, turn it on, the indicating light is on, which means it works in
normal. The meter will display the temperature of workroom, then regulate the control
meter to the setting temperature, poen the heating switch, the workroom begins to
heat, the green light on the control meter is on, which means it is power on and
temperature is rising. After 60 minutes, constant temperature of instrument, the
display temperature should be in conformity with the setting temperature.
3. If you required lower temperature, for emample 60°C,you could adopt second
setting style, set 50°C at the first time, when the overshoot temperature fall after rise,
set 60°C at the second time, in this way, you could reduce or stop the overshoot
temperature.
4. Different articles with diferent humidity required different drying time. If longer
drying time required and the vacuum degree reduced, exhaust air and make vacuum
circumstances again and vacuum pump and then open the vacuum valve.
5. After finish drying, close the power firstly, open the return-air valve,make the air in
the box not in vacuum condition, open the box door and take the articles out. (In
vacuum conditions, the rubber ring and glass door absorbed tightly, not easy to open
the box door, after some time, open it easily).
6. In vacuum condition, the control temperature could not lower than 50°C. If it is
lower than 50°C,the value measured by standard thermometer is different with the
display value of meter, that is normal. It could not affect the temperature contro! and
precision when the temperature is higher than 50°C.
VI. Points for attention
1. The vacuum dry box must be grounding effectively for ensuring safety.
2. when the vacuum dry box don’t need to connect with air exhausting, close the
vacuum valve firstly, then close the power If vacuum pump, at the same time,
open air press valve of vacuum pump, otherwise the pump oil will flow backward
to the box.
3. When withdraw the treated articles, if it is inflammable, must put it in the sir when
the temperature cooling the lower then ignition point for acoiding the combustion
from reaction.
There is no emplosion protection equipment in the cacuum dry box. Don’t put the.
inflammable articles into it.
If the filter could be installed in the space between the vacuum box and vacuum
pump, avoid the damp air enter into the vacuum pump.

Refund & Return Policy
BRIGHT WAY TECHNOLOGIES (PVT) LTD will gladly accept the return of new, unused, and undamaged merchandise within 30 days from delivery date Returns after 05 days are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
The returned merchandise must be in its original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase and the original copy of the warranty, as well as the original documentation and packaging, otherwise the return will no be honored.
- All used, refurbished, demo medical equipment and Damaged Box Item is a Final Sale. These products are not refundable or exchangeable without a prior written permission from BRIGHT WAY.
- We do not accept returns or exchange of the disposable products.
- Returns which have suffered physical & box damage or during use, opening of package by the customer or during transit back to BRIGHT WAY will not be accepted for any reason.
- Returns for BRIGHT WAY brand products; such as medical carts, evacuation chairs and EMS stretchers are subject to up to 30% restocking fee. Customer is also responsible for return shipping.
- Made-to-Order products such as; power tables, exam tables, medical cabinets, shelving, sinks, curtain track, whirlpools, etc. are not returnable and are nonrefundable. Once a Made-to-Order item has been put into production, a cancellation fee of up to 40% may apply. Once these products have been shipped, they cannot be returned to BRIGHT WAY and may only be repaired or returned to the manufacturer at the manufacturer’s discretion. All written product warranties will be honored by the manufacturer. Made-to-Order products may take up to several weeks to ship out. If you have a question about Made-to-Order products, please contact our Customer Service Department prior to making the purchase.
- Any product which has been worn or came into contact with the human body is not returnable or refundable. Items such as pillows, diapers, mattresses, braces, hand splints, chair cushions and other medical products are single-use patient items and cannot be returned due to regulations governing the resale of these products.
- Broken or partial cases cannot be returned.
- Such branded articles which have seal by it's brand or manufacturer with the serial or imei number will not be entertained for refund after the un-sealing or broken seal of the box at the office or outdoor delivery of the delivery staff or courier company. If in any condition, 40% to 50% will be deduction as the re-stocking fees.
- Brand warranty: As Bright Way is a warranty partner of various brands, but warranty will be entertained if the customer have valid activated warranty card or Online warranty activation evidences.
- The used or warranty activated products will never refunded / returned, if acceptable (If brand have acceptance of online warranty cancellation option with fee, fee will be deducted from refund).
- Due to the nature of items marked Specials or On Sale, returns for credit or replacement will be limited to those products that are damaged or defective upon delivery. Due to stock limitations, replacements for Specials or On Sale items may limited.
- Defective medical products will be exchanged with the same type of products ordered.
You must obtain a Return For inspection (RFI) number from BRIGHTWAY® before returning the merchandise. We will not accept any returned merchandise without and RFI number. Contact a Customer Service Specialist to obtain an RFI number.
Returns must be shipped via a prepaid traceable carrier, such as TCS, M&P, Leopards, UPS, DHL, FedEx or Via Pakistan Post, in good packaging, In case of loss or damage, the customer is liable.
Gifts with purchase- free or discounted items shipped as promotional gifts with purchase must be returned along with the qualifying item in original condition as described in the standard return policy. The retail value of the gifts with purchase not returned with the qualifying item will be deducted from the refund or credit amount.
When the product is returned, you will be refunded via your original method of payment. If you paid via bank transfer, (Which is only applicable in the case of sales within Pakistan) you will need to give our Contact Centre your bank details, including the account number, title, bank name and branch code (see Contact Information), If you paid via Online Payment Gateway or paid via card on POS machine (You will be charged 2.85% card transection fee which BRIGHT WAY have beard on your payment processing time). After the parcel is returned to our warehouse, we will refund the product value to you within 72 working Hrs.
